How to use this product:
Use Velvet Finish™ Smoothing Primer after skincare and before makeup application for complexion perfection. Velvet Finish Smoothing Primer can also be worn on its own to give a soft blur the skin. Apply onto the skin with a brush or fingertips. Remove with Bared Makeup Remover and Cleanser.
