Returns that are not our error and we are unable to exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Customized items (such as sole stitching) are subject to a 25% return or exchange fee upon approval.

    You may exchange most new, unworn Dancewear within 14 days of delivery for a similar item. Shoes must be unworn and scuff free. 
All items must contain original tags/packaging.


    It is illegal to resell used makeup, therefore there are no returns or exchanges on all makeup, special effects, and cosmetic products.

    You can contact us if there is an issue with your order and it is new, unworn, and with all pieces.
