We can not accept returns on used items. All returns MUST include their original packaging & tags and be unworn. If your item arrives damaged, please email us immediately and let us know. We ask that you provide pictures so we can determine if it is a factory issue or mailing issue. If you wear an item and damage it, we can not accept it as a return. Once you wear it, it is yours. Please read the descriptions and sizes fully before buying. The only exception to this is shoes that need to be tried on. However, if they have been worn and are scuffed, scratched or dirty we will not accept them as a return. Please try on your shoes on a clean, soft surface.

Sizing needs improvement
Shipping was fast and standard cheap Halloween costume quality wasn't bad, but the size description needs to be improved. I bought a Large based on the stated 20" neck / 20" length but it was too small for my dog. The hat fit fine on my dog's 18 inch neck (not much extra space left though), but the 20 inch length for the wings was completely useless as a measurement. It should give chest range (another site said 24-28 inches) or armpit-to-armpit, because it's two elastic straps that go around your dog's legs and the wings sit on top in between the shoulder blades. My dog is 63lbs, armpit-to-armpit while lying down roughly 23 inches, and has a 30 inch chest (lying down). I was able to stretch the straps enough to get the wings on him but they were way too tight for him to be comfortable. Pretty disappointing since he's all black with pointy ears so all I needed were the wings and they looked awesome on him.
